It still works on smplVoice and The Tech Team™ still supports it. Replace with Trio 8300, Trio C60 or Trio 8800.

Software & firmware updates
HP distributes Poly firmware through Poly Lens and its provisioning services rather than as direct downloads. The SoundStation IP 3000 no longer receives updates.
