Overview

About the Toshiba IP5522-SD

The IP5522-SD was introduced in 2011 as a lower-cost alternative to the IP5022-SD for price-sensitive projects. It sits alongside the original models rather than replacing them.

To hit its price it uses a 10/100 port instead of Gigabit and drops support for add-on modules, DSS consoles and the external speaker box. On a Strata CIX it needs an IP port license.

Highlights

  • 10 programmable keys with dual-color LEDs
  • 4-line, 24-character display (no backlight)
  • Full-duplex speakerphone with speaker off-hook call announce
  • 10/100 Ethernet switch; 802.3af PoE Class 1
  • No add-on modules or DSS console
