Overview

About the Toshiba Voicemail & messaging

Every Toshiba generation shipped with its own voicemail options, and many offices still run two or three of them over the years. Some sit inside the phone system as a card ('in-skin'); others are separate servers that connect to it.

Voicemail is usually the first thing to fail on an older Toshiba system: hard drives and compact-flash cards wear out, and the PCs that host the external units age out. We repair, rebuild and reprogram every Toshiba messaging platform, and we can move your greetings and auto-attendant to smplVoice when you are ready.

What we help with

  • Mailbox and passcode resets
  • Auto-attendant menus and holiday greetings
  • Failed drives, compact-flash cards and host PCs
  • Message-waiting light and integration problems
  • Unified messaging with Outlook and Exchange
  • Moving greetings and menus to a new system

smplVoice includes voicemail-to-email, a cloud auto attendant and visual voicemail in the app, so retiring an aging Stratagy or MAS box also removes a common point of failure.
