Overview

About the Toshiba IP4100-DECT

The IP4100-DECT is Toshiba's building-wide wireless phone. It is a SIP DECT system: base stations connect to the network and hand calls from one to the next as users walk around, with encrypted audio throughout.

A single system scales to 40 linked base stations and 200 handsets, and each base handles eight to ten calls at once. It works with the Strata CIX and IPedge.

Highlights

  • Seamless roaming and hand-over between base stations
  • Up to 40 linked bases and 200 handsets
  • 8–10 simultaneous calls per base
  • 2-inch color display, 4 programmable buttons and 3 soft keys
  • About 16 hours talk and 7 days standby
  • Encrypted air interface
