About the Toshiba IPT2020-SD
The IPT2020-SD is the 20-button model in the IPT2000 line and the one Toshiba's user guides use as the reference for all its IP phones. Buttons can hold lines, extensions, pooled line groups, features or voicemail monitoring.
On a Strata CIX it accepts up to two IADM2020 add-on modules for even more one-touch keys.
