The DKT2020-S doubles the button count of the DKT2010-S to twenty, which makes it a good fit for staff who monitor many lines or extensions but don't need a screen.
Adjustable microphone sensitivity helps the speakerphone cope with noisy rooms, and separate volume settings cover the speaker and handset.
