About the Toshiba DKT2020-SD
The DKT2020-SD pairs twenty one-touch buttons with a two-line display. That combination made it the standard phone for front desks, managers and anyone who transfers a lot of calls.
Beyond caller ID it supports speed-dial directory dialing from the display, text messages between stations and timed reminders, plus call-waiting tones in the handset or headset.
